Wet sprinkler, water storage tank, pump house, hydrants and security systems.

• Heavy duty wet sprinkler system with up to 11 internal systems.
• System includes on-site fire pump, 200 hp, 2000 GPM (gallons per minute), rated 125 PSI.
• All new codes met in 1998 and 1999 including installation of new back-flow prevention device; new jockey pump; new casing relief valve; new separate electrical service and separate ADT Alarm installed on Fire Pump.
• Pump House is heated.
• Back-up water supply provided by on-site 300,000 gallon fire water storage tank (Chicago Bridge and Iron); refurbished between 1998 and 1999 including drained; cleaned; liner checked and repaired; exterior sand-blasted; and painted with epoxy paint.
• Multiple on-site, site-owned fire hydrants (red) plus additional city-owned fire hydrants (green).
• Excellent fire insurance rating – Presently insured by tenant at $8,000,000 replacement value.
• 24-hour ADT monitoring and alarm system for burglar; sprinkler; and fire pump.
