On-site electical, gas, water and sewer services.

• 13000 KV Service Line to Site; formerly fed on-site substation and multiple transformers—removed during renovations and areas cleared for new modern system to suit your needs.
• Present building service is 3-phase on the pole, 600 amp, 480 volt, 208 volt, and 120 volt—all expandable to suit your needs.
• Separate 3-phase 480 volt service in fire pump house also fed from 13000 KV Service Line.
• 4-inch natural gas service to building. Presently used to supply 10 space unit heaters, 200k BTU to 250k BTU and one small gas heater in a mechanical room. Ample supply for a plant boiler, present deactivated boiler is 200 hp, and any other gas needs of your operation.
• Plant potable water service is fed by a 6-inch city water main and 3-inch service line; Fire Protection Lines are 8-inch reinforced by on-site 300,000 gallon fire water storage tank.
• Sanitary sewer is fed from 8-inch city main and 6-inch service lines.
• Underground Toro lawn sprinkler newly installed with separate water.
